Alton has been with Pershing, LLC for 31 years and served as Chair for the last five. He leads the firm’s initiatives in business development and strategic planning.

Stephen D. Casner
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen is former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Picasso Software, a Dallas, Texas based application software company that built custom applications used by global financial services companies including Clearstream International, T. Rowe Price and Wells Fargo.

Picasso merged with MarketDataInsite to form AIM-TO in 2005.

Stephen has a broad track record in accelerating the growth of small technology firms into industry dominant players serving key leadership roles as Senior VP and General Manager--The Quantra Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dutch insurance conglomerate AEGON as well as Senior Vice President and Country Group Leader --Frasier Williams LLC., at the time the largest privately held software company in the U.K.

John T. Vaughan
Founder & President
John is the former Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MarketDataInsite, a predecessor company to AIM-TO. John has worked in the software/services industry for the past 20 years. Prior to his involvement in these industries he worked for two major New York and West Coast based banks. He was most recently President & CEO of Arete Group, Ltd., a professional partnership that he consulted to and ran computer software and services companies in need of turnaround assistance. Prior to his five years in that partnership, he was CEO of Universal Information Technologies and successfully turned losses into profits and transitioned the company for a successful sale. John also served in senior positions at Bank of America, as Vice President/GM where he received several outstanding performance awards. Additionally, John held several positions at Automatic Data Processing where he was a consistent sales, marketing, and management performance award achiever. John received his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
